Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into a contract in your country.

Free trial and billing

Paid plans include a 30-day free trial with no card required to start. After the trial, your plan renews at the stated price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use CaterSend for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not send content you do not have the right to share.

Your content

Your menus, quotes, and customer details remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your clients.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from your settings. On request, we will help you export your data before it is removed.

Disclaimers and liability

CaterSend is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
