• Business content you create in CaterSend, including menus, quotes, and customer details you enter.
• Usage data such as when a quote is opened, the device and browser used, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to create and deliver quotes, show you when a quote has been opened, secure your account, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run CaterSend (for example hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your quotes and menus at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email privacy@catersend.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date above and, for material changes, let you know in the app.
